Derek Jarr, CEO & Founder of Live Free Investment Group, started investing in real estate only five
short years ago. In those years, he has remodeled over 50+ homes and owned as many as 29
rental properties at one time. In the last 4 years, he has bought and sold over 300 properties with
a total value more than of $60 Million. He currently owns over $8 million dollars of real estate in
3 states and 2 countries, and has made millions through real estate before the age of 30. His
greatest asset and accomplishments, however, are the people working around him, obtaining
similar results and reaching their goals.

Located near the beautiful Biltmore area of the city, our corporate headquarters hosts many different events,
